  1. Hi everyone! What books would you reccomend for me to read if I wanted to
    learn how to optimise my lifestyle to cope with my constitution? I’ve had
    serious health issues of whihc I cured a lot by changing my dieat and
    habits. I just recently became interested in Ayurveda and it turns out that
    the things I changed as a result of educating myself and a trialand error
    process were beneficial for my Vatta-Pitta type without knowing it. 

  2. i came here from some ayurveda chick who explained these types, i was sure
    im a vata type. now i watch this and its absolutely impussyble im vata type.
    guess its kinda like ektomorf endomorf mesomorf.
    according to this guy im somewhat kapha. altho im thin and cant grow any
    fat at all.

  3. I enjoy studying Ayurveda. Thanks for the overview. I’m high vata with
    kapha.. What I find a bit challenging is balancing both types (vata with
    kapha in diet). I have been vegan for many years. I have had radiant health
    till recently where CA weather has been very challenging and causing both
    vata and kapha imbalances. I don’t do well at all with dairy (rec. for
    vata), all meat (which I avoid), and most beans. I have been leaning
    towards steaming and lightly cooked (away from raw), but finding it still a
    bit challenging to balance between vata (inflammatory response/dryness in
    lungs and body) with mucus kapha response. Any info or additional reading
    would be helpful Thanks. 

  4. I love Ayurveda wisdom, especially how rich it is, these original ppl must
    have freely spoke about all body movements, so I’m grateful ::)) I’d be
    lost without my Ayurveda remedy’s ~
